2) It is suggested that Bitlis Eren University, Bitlis/Turkey will organize a symposium on “Renascence from East to West” within the framework of ESRUC civilization forums after the meeting in Ulaanbaatar.

3) An executive committee meeting should be organized in Padua before the Annual meeting in Mongolia. It was later on decided to be held in April 7-9, 2014, Padua University, Italy.

4) Honorary titles should be given in different countries than the host country.

5) $ 2000 (USD) Donation is decided to be given to the KISS Institute for the development of children in the institute.

6) World Bank Project will be discussed in Washington on 28th Nov. 2013. Rector Prof. Dr. Aidaraliev of International Kyrgyzstan University will attend the meeting

7) Erasmus-Mundus Project have been formulated again with 131 study grants, 1000-2500 € for students progressions, with total budget of 2.5 M €

8) Scientific Network Project:

- GIS system

- CARENA of EU will be an example
